Covid-19 Reopening plan

  1. We will only have one service on Sunday morning at 10 am. There will be no Sunday evening, Sunday school, or Wednesday night services at this time.

  2. We ask that you please practice social distancing while in service. Families may sit together in the same pew, but all others must sit 6 feet apart. We plan to have service streaming on the tv downstairs to serve as an overflow area, or for those who simply feel more comfortable away from the largest part of the group.

  3. There will be no passing of trays. Portable and traditional communion supplies will be available to pick up when you come in for service. There will also be a container for you to place your tithes and offerings.

  4. If you are sick, have symptoms, or have an elevated temperature, please stay isolated at home until you are well. We love you, but ask that you please follow these guidelines out of respect for others. Additionally, those who are elderly or at a higher risk are encouraged to continue worshipping at home at this time. We will continue to make the services available on Facebook, and you may also request a CD copy to pick up at the church.

  5. We plan to have a forehead thermometer in the foyer to check each person’s temperature as they come in. Anyone with a temperature of 100 degrees or higher is respectfully asked to stay home.

  6. There will be no staffed nursery or junior church at this time. We understand that some children will have a difficult time sitting still in service, and we understand if families would like to use the basement area for that reason. We also ask that everyone gives grace to our young people during this time. There will be youth classes on Sunday night and Wednesday night for ages 4 and up, with some restrictions. All youth must wear a mask while in class.

  7. We ask that everyone is conscious of not shaking hands or hugging at this time.

  8. There are 2 hand sanitizer dispensers in the foyer, and will also be hand sanitizer at the entrance. Only the 2 main double doors may be used for entrance at this time.

  9. With the passing of Ohio’s statewide mask order, masks are now required in the building for anyone not covered under one of the order’s exemptions.

We will continue to keep you informed through this website, Facebook, and prayer chain emails and calls as new developments arise. If anyone has questions or is in need at this time, the elders stand ready to pray with and serve you. You may contact any of us by phone at any time. God bless!
